The goal of this class is to help you not fall in love with wine. learn how to appreciate it and enjoy it more.

We will talk briefly about the history of wine, different types of wine, wine production, new world vs old world wines, major wine regions, and major wine varieties. We will talk about terroir, and vintages, about how to select and buy wine, storing wine, and preserving it, and wine gadgets. We will learn basic wine and food pairing and learn the wine lingo. We will go over some wine etiquette, how to evaluate and how to talk about wine, and much more.
